"Water is the universal solvent; it has many benefits for those who drink it."

How I did it:

Well, for starters, I've weaned myself from drinking sodas and basically any other sweetened soft drink when thirsty. I've stopped it so long that at this point, I drink no more than 2 (3 at the most) sodas a month, and that's by choice, not deprivation. 
    So whenever I get thirsty, I crave water. I may eat cookies with milk, but when I'm finished, I wash them down with some water instead. It's just basically drinking water every time I'm thirsty.

    Oh! I've noticed that when I buy bottled water, I tend to drink more. But I believe the main reason for that is because it's already prepared in a bottle instead of me having to go to the sink to refill my cup time after time. It's kind of lazy if you think about it that way, but it's the truth.

Water is good for you! God made it for us! So I don't understand how some people "hate" drinking water. Maybe it's because they don't discipline themselves to do so and instead go for the soda or other mass produced drinks that's easy to get a hold of (especially at *fast food* restaurants). There is no genuine substitute for the truth. Drink more water!
