How to drink more water
How I did it: I bought a 24 oz glass in magenta with a lid and straw. I decided how many I needed to drink every day. I keep it filled with filtered water and keep it close all day.
Lessons & tips: Just do it. It does not take that long to get into the habit and then you just start doing it automatically.
