How to visit more wineries

How I did it: I went to a few wine festival/tasting which introduced me to a variety of wineries. I visited friends in PA for the sole purpose to tour as many wineries as possible. I also visited family in PA and on the way stopped off at a few local wineries, enjoyed a glass of wine and a good read in the middle of vineyard. One would be surprised just how many wineries are available, I know I was.
Lessons & tips: Money is only worth the amount of fun you can get out of it.
Resources: You can pretty much just go online and search local wineries or browse local newspapers for upcoming festivals. And a lot of times the winery itself will have a map of the local wineries in the area.
