How I did it:

• Planned the whole outfit after a lot of browsing of other Cruella outfits
• Found a combination of dresses and jewellery, shoes, etc that was a foundation for the outfit in my and my partners wardrobes, then set about adding the rest 
• bought fabric and together made the cape with my partner (thank you, my beautiful friend for the enthusiasm and energy there...) 
• found 101 Dalmation key rings and safety pinned 101 dalmations onto the cape! 
• Bought a wig 
• Got organised and turned up on time! 

Lessons & tips:

• A little help goes a long way
• Tell a few friends what you're hoping to do and you'll soon be recruiting an army of enthusiastic helpers!
