Spyrunner I can't seem to give away all my cheers
Very
impressive. Kudos to you.
How I did it: It shouldn't have taken so long. But I wasn't regular when I started this in November 09. Only worked at this regularly since August 2012 (almost everyday) so it really took me a bit more than a month.
Lessons & tips: Be consistent. Then your progress will be exponential. Otherwise you will be starting from scratch each time and it will take you longer than you need
Resources: 43 T, cheers! :)
Great work. Is that a photo of yourself? Are push ups the only thing you did (other than eating right) to get those results?
Congrats and great work.

and yes! I was surprised as well, but it made sense when a friend said she was told by a PT that getting in shape is 70% diet and 30% exercise. The combination of the 2 is OFF THE CHART…as you can see :)

Inspiring approach. And so true when you say you need to be consistent in order to avoid starting from scratch every time…

I know what it’s like to stop-start all the time… And the funny thing is I stopped a lot because I was too impatient, having big goals but not doing the baby steps needed. Once I did the baby steps consistently, I started doing giant steps! :D

to teach me the very same thing right now: that most permanent and positive achievements are realized not through great strides but by small steps (even what looks like a great stride or jump forward, when broken down, is built on smaller steps). Congrats on slowly and consistently working to realize this goal, the results look awesome!

..so right! It used to be common knowledge that slow and steady won the race. But modern living has hammered it into our heads that quick results must come quickly and easily. Well, from an outsider’s perspective, it may look quick and easy but Rome wasn’t built in one day.
Ok, I shut up now. Zig Ziglar puts it better than me in his “Prime the pump” talk (http://youtu.be/DdHAMjA1lMw)
Thanx for your comment!
