Cheer up
Cheer up. Nothing is impossible.
How I did it: I got given an alarm clock. I hate alarm clocks and have been known to barely sleep at all but hover my finger over the "off" button because I hated the noise. Now I'm used to it. The heart starts racing at the shock of the noise and sometimes I roll over and sleep but if I'm tired I hit the snooze button and grant myself 9 more minutes of sleep. Otherwise I just get up and start my day! I'm now ready before my sister and mother when before I was the last one to get ready because I spent half an hour snoozing.
Lessons & tips: Find an alarm clock with a really awful buzzer. You want one that makes you go "SHUT UP ALARM CLOCK" and "GAR I HATE THAT THING" instead of "HEY I LIKE THIS SONG" and fall asleep again.
