How to go to sleep early
How I did it: wake up very early, work hard all day and you'll fall asleep in no time. from early breakfast (6 o'clock) to running to university for morning classes, going to work at 10 o'clock, working hard till 5 o'clock, than going out for dinner with friends, having a cup of warm milk, having a warm shower and turning off my computer before going to bed.
