"I had to learn that I can not control what other people think of me-good or bad"
How I did it: I think some of it comes with life experience. However, if you can really come to the realization that you have no control over what others think about you-that is paramount. To me, there is a fine line between being worried about what others think of you and wanting to make a good impression. Of course, anyone would want their boss to consider their presentation to be good. Yet, even in this situation, you can not worry about it. I am not saying that I have totally 100% conquered this. I just feel that I have done so to the point that I can take it off my "active" list
Lessons & tips: Realize that you can not control what others think of you. You only have control over what you think of yourself
