How to journal my dreams
"It's nice having a little reflection on what you dreamt about and what your mind has thought up or remembered."
How I did it: When I first wake up I don't remember my dreams until 10 or 15 minutes later. In my head I go over what happened and then I just write it all down in a little journal of mine. Sometimes they're so strange, and sometimes they're just exactly about what I've been stressing over.
Lessons & tips: Reflecting over what happened in your dream really helps you sort it out and remember little details.
