How to overcome depression and anxiety
How I did it: This goal isn't something that will happen from one day to the next. I didn't even notice that it really completed. And like I say in my summary, it's really the combination of things that have contributed to my success.
My therapist and I used to call it building a foundation. I sat down one day and listed all the things that help me to keep myself steady. Many, many, many of them were interconnected. I'll see if I can post a picture of the poster I made about it.
Lessons & tips: Whatever you do, you have to stick it out. You can't take your medication one day and then forget about it for the next two days and expect it to work. You have to build a relationship with your therapist so that they can understand you and help you in your journey. And that takes time.
