How to be able to touch the floor with the palms of my hands while standing up

How I did it: I've finally taken sports seriously. Flexibility is just one goal, but I always meant it as a part of healthy keeping-fit routine. In this particular case however: exercising and then stretching is one thing, but yoga proved to be much more efficient in the end. And I always thought yoga is such a waste of time! I still do it my way though, I've only been to one yoga lesson.
