How to stop drinking soda

How I did it: I've given up soda several times over several years. For me it became much more about having a healthy relationship with food. It began when I was 16 and drank 4 cans of Mountain Dew. I needed the caffeine in the morning and that was the biggest hurdle. Once I overcame that it was a matter of habit breaking and making.
Lessons & tips: Drink lots of water. Get it out of your house. Only drink it when you eat out.
