How to meet john krasinski by Marissa

"One of the coolest things that has ever happened to me. :o)"

How I did it: I went to the movie set of "Farlanders" (still a working title?) and caught him as he was going in to film a scene. He asked my name and shook my hand and was nice enough to take a picture with me. His assistant was trying to rush him away but he made a point to at least shake hands with all the people who had been waiting to see him. I wish I could have had an actual conversation with him - he seemed very friendly and down-to-earth.

Yeah, I have to say it was pretty surreal. It was wonderful to confirm that he’s just a normal guy and not some diva actor.
