How I did it: I was at my ex boyfriends house. We had a horrible history, I used him, he cheated on me, typical high school stuff. It kinda just...happened. At first, I was really excited that I made it through high school without having sex, and that my "first time" wasn't in the back seat of a car... but looking back, it was irresponsible, rash, and a horrible decision. I don't regret it, but it hurt a lot knowing that I bound myself to someone who'd never give a second glance my way.

It hurt, physically. It was over quicker than I ever thought it would be. And it caused me so much emotional grief. I don't understand how people can sleep around, honestly.

Lessons & tips: *Make sure you're ready.
*If you choose not to wait 'til marriage, make sure you have real feelings for the person, not a b.s. high school/junior high relationship.
*Be prepared for pain...physical and emotional
