i cut out dairy recently (well cut down anyway) and my skin has been better…. just never put two and two together!
How I did it: I stopped eating dairy. That's it. And apparently I'm not the only one who has dairy issues that cause breakouts; I've been hearing more and more stories like this come out of the woodwork.
I had horrible acne prone skin for about 7 years. And now I've been breakout free for two and a half weeks (when I stopped eating cheese), with no Benzoyl Peroxide, no antibiotics, nothing. I use a mild unmedicated cleanser from Lush for basic maintenance. I am SO happy!!!
Lessons & tips: If you want to try this, switch out Almond Milk for cow's milk, for both drinking and cooking. You could try soy cheese, but I've switched to raw nut "cheese" pastes which are healthier...

Eat raw veggies and fruits, and cut out the dairy. You'll be SO happy you did!!!
