How I did it: Ever since I was in Elementary school, I've said I was going to take French someday. Now, I was finally able to make that come true. I'm taking French in high school now and I LOVE IT. It's a pretty fun language to learn, and it's not that hard either. Now I really want to go to France and practice speaking it. (:
This is just my first year, but I plan on continuing the course for the rest of my high school years.

Lessons & tips: Just remember, if you want to learn a language, you need to be committed to it.
