How I did it: I retooled my resume to play up my analysis skills and toned down my technical skills. This allowed me present myself as a candidate that could bridge the gap between the business and the IT teams.
Lessons & tips: Have an objective person look over your resume. I was so proud of the way my resume was written that it was hard to begin changing it.
