How to exercise 30 minutes or more 3 times a week
"I am walking at least three times a week at work."
How I did it: I work in a large complex that has many buildings connected to each other. I made my own walking path through various floors, up and down steps, etc.It takes about 15 minutes, and I do it twice.
Lessons & tips: If you can't get to the gym or track, make your own place to exercise...make a path through your subdivision instead of a treadmill, or use your own steps as a stair-stepper!
