How to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily
How I did it: I just incorporated a bunch of fruits and veggies into my diet by bringing them with me everywhere! I always have an orange or an apple in my purse. I have a fruit smoothie every morning and I eat fruit for dessert.
Lessons & tips: Take it slowly, and have fun with the variety of awesome fruits and veggies out there! There's something for everyone, and I enjoy discovering new fruits all the time.
