How to accept the things I can't change
It made me
less stressed. 
"I realized I shouldn't be wasting my time trying to solve unsolvable problems."
How I did it: This goal was basically for me to try to accept my mom's problems. After 16 years, I finally understand that she's going to do what she wants to do. If she hasn't changed after all these years, I don't think she ever will. So I've figured out that it's easier on me to just accept her ways and love her anyway.
