How to eat more fruit
"Make smoothies"
How I did it: Summer fruit is the best. Peaches, strawberries, blueberries are abundant. I try to eat as much as I can before apple and pears are in season. Every morning in the spring and summer, I make a fruit smoothie. So yummy and I can make enough for the whole family.
Resources:
- blender
- fresh fruit
- soy milk/rice milk or yogurt
- flax oil to sneak in your omegas
