How to become a great speaker
It made me 
"I am a better speaker and will work on continuing improvement through Toastmasters."
How I did it: I joined Toastmasters. Through the organization I was able to complete the first level of Toastmasters: Competent Communicator. Utilizing the program's ten speaking assignments I was able to improve various aspects of public speaking. Additionally, I am also working on the Competent Leadership manual which guides my learning experience in facilitating, listening, evaluating and leadership.
