"I am a lot more productive and happier that I sleep more haha"
How I did it: Scheduling better... and teas!! It was hard just lying in bed and just having my brain race and race about things I had to do and things I had done. I eventually learned to just go to bed and not try to think about anything. Listening to music really helped. Also just using my bed just for sleep helped. Before I would do work and just lounge around on it but knowing that hitting the bed meant sleep helped.
