How to cry less
"Once I stopped worrying about everything and trust a little more, I realised that I cried a lot less!"
How I did it: Generally, I see myself as an optimistic person and so I never even realised how much I worried about everything. One day, I decided to take a step back and forget everything that made me worry. Only then did I realise that I was worrying about nothing! I'm not even entirely sure what I did. I guess I just completely immersed myself in everything that made me happy so that I had no time to cry. I remembered everything that I should be glad for and realised that I had no right to cry about anything.
Lessons & tips: Focus on the positive. A lot of the time, I cried because of things that could or might go wrong, instead of being excited by what could go right.
