How I did it: How did i do it?....by cutting and dying it that way? To get it white was a pain... Had to bleach it 3 times at the salon (DO NOT bleach it at home or you'll have no hair left, or it won't be a nice white.) and then i had to tone it every other day to keep it from getting yellow, but nut not too often or else it would turn purple.
Lessons & tips: Asymmetrical bangs and cut, black, color, blah...
Resources: Internet has many pics, but use your imagination. The best ones are the most creative.
