How to drink more water
How I did it: Before I moved in with my boyfriend I used to drink copious amounts of water, but the past six months I've barely drank anything, an occasional cup of tea & a small water if I had alcohol in my system.
Then this week, I made this goal, and decided to change my ways. I now drink _at least_ four pints of water a day. One pint as soon as I wake up, the second around Lunchtime, third about late afternoon/early evening, and the last just before bed. I always try & drink something hot (Coffee or tea) and a fruit juice or glass of milk.
Lessons & tips: I started a food diary at the same time as starting to drink water, I write down four pints before drinking them, that way, I feel obliged to do so! I'd also be wary as to begin with it makes you need the toilet a lot!!!
