How to grow my hair long
How I did it: Kept it healthy, quit swimming so it did not break as badly and get so damaged (this was helped by a broken wrist--- cats surgery etc) Brushed it often but let it just tangle sometimes too (i have curly hair and it dreads... )but it gets bad so if i brush it too much... it just gets broken and falls out :(
Lessons & tips: conditioner! depending on where you live how much you work out, etc it is not always possible to do the not wash your hair every day thing. when i am covered in sweat my hair gets greasy so i have to wash it, but i do some hot oil treatments or something else to keep it healthy an dget some trims fairly often too.
Resources: laziness about paying for an expensive haircut :)
