How I did it: It's kind of hard to tell where this goal began and ends. I was going over my goals and realized that this was one of my very first that I listed. There's no real way of summerizing it other than to say that I don't eat like I used to.
When it came to eating, I never really was conscience of what I was putting in my mouth. My journey to eating healthier has really impacted the way I see food.
Instead of shoving food in my mouth till I am full, I savor bites and don't always clear my plate (something that is unprecidented coming from a Midwestern family!). I ditched white for wheat, fried for baked, lots of soda to lots of water, healthy alternative snacks, ect. It's an on going process but it tastes fantastic!
Lessons & tips: Yogurt (especially the whip kind) is yummy!
