How to pass the pft
"Passing my PFT took a LOT of willpower, but I just never gave up."
How I did it: To pass the PFT, I just devoted a half hour each day minimum to my personal fitness levels. I would take my iPod and walk down the roads until dusk several times per week. When I didn't walk, I would either do ten pushups every half hour in the evening, or would just turn up my music and dance. In the end, I just wanted this victory so badly that I forced myself to win against the timers.
