How to bike a century
It made me 
"I not only biked a century, but I biked across the continent over the summer. Yippee! I ended up doing three centuries in a row actually across Iowa."
How I did it: By training and planning for a while, but mainly by having a specific goal and others too help!

I’ve dreamed of going cross country and bought the Adventure Cycling route maps a few years ago. I wonder if you went with one of their groups and if so which of their roots did you follow: southern, middle or northern? Was it east to west or vice versa?
