How I did it: A lot of soul searching, saving money and hard work.

A lot of it was sitting down and talking to people (like my dad) about why this was so important to me.

Just really looking into the things that I was interested in and finding how how to get into jobs I've always dreamed of until I really found the path I was supposed to take.

Lessons & tips: Sometimes you've really got to take a leap and make a huge investment in yourself to prove, not only to the world, but to you that you are capable of your wildest dreams and that your own fear is the only thing holding you back.

Jenny Johnson can now be found elsewhere

damned scary

Making that investment in yourself can be damned scary… especially when it’s a $60k+ investment in a school for a field that’s highly competitive….

And then you remember things like you chose this school because it’s the best and therefor the most equipped to teach you how to survive amongst the competition… and that out of all the kids going to school here, you’re one of the ones working the hardest. And that you’re not willing to accept failure. And that you’re getting significantly better.

And then it’s not so scary after all. ;)

You’re an amazing person who can do anything you put you’re mind to. I believe in you. ;)
