How to lose 10kg
How I did it: 11 weeks.
I'll be honest and admit, I lost weight with the help of appetite suppressant prescribed by my doctor. I did not excercise regularly, but instead chose to up my daily physical activities - daily brisk walking, standing more, etc.
The beginning wasn't easy. I was tired, my muscles were sore constantly, I can't fall asleep as my mind was too active.
Right now I'm used to the medication, so much to the point it sometimes possesses no effect on me. Nevertheless, I will still be conscious of my intake as I do not want waste my effort thus far.
Lessons & tips: 1. Eat more fruits. In fact, substitute an entire meal with fruits. Banana. Oranges. Apples. Papaya. Pineapple. Guava. Just to name a few of my favorites.
