How I did it: I thought I was gaining weight and that was the problem, it made my boobs seem smaller. OH no was I wrong, they were getting smaller because of medication. So it wasn't entirely my fault on the wright front. Phew. I am going to be stopping this medication for various other reasons....so things should be back to normal. At any rate. It's not the boob thing that this was about, it was a weight thing...
