How I did it: There are tons of ways to make delicious chocolate truffles, it all depends on what you like the best. Some like theirs with a thinner milk chocolate, some like theirs with a fluffy '3 musketeersy' mousse filling, I personally enjoy mine with a very thick creamy dark chocolate.

I haven't had the chance to make them again, but when I decided to I looked up tons of recipes so that I didn't bomb on it.

Lessons & tips: I ended up using the recipe in my resources, and it turned out great.
