How I did it: I spoke with my knees knocking and my spirit quivering. I spoke so that people could hear me, so that people would recognize I was offering a doorway to truth rather than a wall to protect ego.

Life changing.

Lessons & tips: Do it. Simple, precise. Just be honest. Practice. Don't expect perfection, especially not immediately.

I firmly believe that as human beings, the least we owe others is to be honest with them about our true feelings. Not to do so with the intention of hurting them, but to be boldly honest and not lie to them.
