How I did it: i went to jail to take care of all my court fines. it was pretty hairy. All is said and done - and now i feel like a citizen again. it's a relief. phew!
Lessons & tips: the library. Reading helped me escape the reality of where i was at. You can always get a Bible. And if your not religious, realize that this book affects you even though you don't believe. Everyone should read it.

Also: what happened to all the other religions in jail? If you weren't Christian, or Christian Science, or Catholic, you were out of luck. No service for you! Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims - wtf?
