How to sleep better
How I did it: I had to change my sleep pattern around. I was sleeping during the day and not at night. Well now I sleep at night and am up during the day.
Lessons & tips: My one tip, if you get back on a good pattern STICK TO IT! The past few days I have been ignoring my yawns and my body's signals that it was ready for sleep and I have been slowly sleeping the day away. First it was I woke up around 12, then 2, and then today I woke up around 4. I do not want to slip back into the old way of doing things. So stick to it once you got it down. And if you mess up again, nip it. Go to bed early or stay up longer to try to get back on a course again. You can do it.
Resources: None really except a nice dark room, clear mind, and try to have a empty tummy too. It helps.
