How I did it: This was actually quite an easy one to do! I have a great veggie cookbook, my husband and I spent an evening going through and putting post notes on pages that looked good and I pretty much just cooked one or two a week until I got comfortable with it.
I've learnt way more than 10, and I think we're all healthier because of it. We no longer buy bottles or packets of sauce. No ready meals for us!
Lessons & tips: Get a book, pick the recipe you want to try and cook it at least three times - don't worry if it doesn't work the first time!
