How to become a vegetarian
How I did it: I started researching vegetarian diets, as well as reasons to become a vegetarian. I found a lot of information describing cruel ways the meat industry thrives, and I absolutely could not bring myself even close to eating meat any longer. I figured out the vitamins I would need to be sure I replaced daily through other foods and have never regretted my decision to become a vegetarian.
