How to chill out
How I did it: I recognized all of the awesome things in life, stopped complaining so often and moved on with things I didn't need to hang onto. There was so much, just, Stuff, that I had been clinging to for years, though nothing was progressing and I simply wasn't growing much. I realized that on and off for a couple of years, but finally decided to do something about it.
Lessons & tips: Utilize your time by being productive, but taking more than enough time to soak up some rays and smell the delicious coffee.
Resources: Sunshine, yoga, exercise, being kind to people and eating well.
