How to lose 50lbs

You lost 50lbs in less than two months! I’m gonna follow your example! lots of water and lots of exercise! what exercise would you recomend?

well first of all you have to have lots of determination to do what i did..because i seriously worked my freakin ass off..excuse my language..lol…but, yeah i did. i started out the first couple of weeks doing a half hour on the tredmill and simple stretches and sit ups. and i would eat twice a day i was eating them weight watcher tv dinner meals SMART ONES…and if i wanted a snack id eat fruit…everyone would tell me to eat more ..eat more…but i wasnt hungry…the first few days i would get hungry but my body got used to it..also take a vitamin everyday because u are eating less …i was probably eating 2000 -3000 calories a day before i started dieting and cut wayyyy back to like 800 or less a day… after about 3 weeks my tredmill at home went out on me ..and i always had a gym membership just never went..well i didnt want to give up the exercise and it was getting too cold to walk or run outside…so i went to the gym.. and i started working out for an hour and a half and just built up..im at 2 and a half to 3 hours 6 days a week…and i love it! it feels great!! i do the ellipitical from anywhere to 20-45 mins…the tredmill for 40 mins..the exercise bike for 20-30 mins…and i mix it up everyday so i dont get bored..somedays ill do the tredmill first and some ill do the bike first…and i do weights also…dont do a lot of weight anywhere from 10-15lbs is good..u dont want to build a lot of muscle just enough to tone urself…unless u want to look like a body builder..lol…i do my arms 3 days a week and my legs 3 days a week..and i do the ab machine everyday..anywhere from 100-200 ab crunches..the gym has an awesome ab machine..u can feel the burn…I LOVE IT!! so today is thursday and on friday the day after thanksgiving i started the atkins diet..and that helped me lose my last 10lbs..i lost that in 5 days…most of it was probably water weight..but hey 10lbs is 10lbs…sooo for that matter i am going to stick to the atkins diet for a while..which is a low carb diet..u are not supposed to eat more than 20 carbs a day ur first 2 weeks..and i read a tonnnnnnnnn about it… if u do the atkins ..u should really watch because u dont want to eat a lot of fat when u are losing weight..so i eat healthier meet such as chicken breasts..or tuna fish…and i eat 2 eggs for breakfast and like string cheese for snack..u can eat fish too..its really a routine diet u find urself eating the same things over and over…but it works for me right now because im so eager to get this weight off of me. just keep ur head up..u can do anything u put ur mind too..i want to lose 20lbs by christmas hopefully 30 if im lucky..im really pushin myself at the gym..and if u ever get tired just stop and u can pick up the next day….dont wear urself out..if u have any other questions ..im here!! ANDDDD all i drink is water…no sugar drinks..no pop..nothing..just WATER!!! if u do the low cal ..low fat ..u can add lemon to ur water

Sounds like a lot of work but sounds worth it to me… i wonder how much the local gym memberships are?

gym memberships

here in toledo ohio…depending on the type of gym..i belong to an ladies only club and ive been a member for about 5 years and pay 15 bucks a month and that includes tanning.. but usually i would say a membership is anywhere from 20-60 a month…but also ur local ymca they have gyms… and probably are not as much
