How I did it: I was at my family's house out in the country, and it's very isolated. No one else was home, it was raining, and I went outside mostly naked, finished stripping outside. Whee! It was very cold, colder than I thought.
Lessons & tips: Just do it! I know it's scary, because we're self-conscious about our bodies, but if you need to, find a place where you're not going to be seen.
