How to drink more water
"I drink a lot of water now."
How I did it: Since I've been pregnant I've had to drink about 3 liters of water every day.This is about 12 cups of water. What I normally do is make sure to get 6 cups of water in by noon. I normally drink 2 cups spaced out approx every 2 hours. In the afternoon I try to get the next 4 cups in by 6pm. Then I drink the last 2 with dinner. I try to make sure they are all down by 8:00 or 8:30, so I won't be running to the bathroom too much at night. But hey, I'm pregnant, that's just going to happen.
I've never been able to just sip at water, so when it's time, I just chug it down.
