I cheer your wish not to eat beings. I am trying to eliminate this completely, and am mostly successful. There is the occasional slip, but the good intent is there. Thankyou for you tips.
How I did it: I gave up milk first (for cow reasons) which was easy because I'm lactose intolerant. Actually, tho, milk still can sneak in your diet, as long as I have soy, I don't miss it. I use it on cereal, on everything! I don't like meat much, so that part might seem easy, but every once in a while I just CRAVE a hamburger. I have problems with that since I don't want to eat beings. So that goes too. Drinking water helps, too, and is good for you.

some people say that soy is bad for the thyroid, but this was done by ONE STUDY. So until there is more evidence, I say enjoy!
