I’ve been going strong without it for five years now, for the most part. The only soda I’ve had since I quit in 04 is Sprite.

How I did it: My cousin and I were working at a pizza place (13 years ago) and we just decided that we were done. We each had a soda at thanksgiving that year, but other than that we didn't drink soda for two years.
It helps to have a buddy.
Lessons & tips: Incidentally, my cousin had pretty bad acne. After he quit drinking soda it cleared up completely.
