How I did it: Since I only live six hours from Chicago, it wasn't too hard to find my way there. The first time I went was with a school trip for a few days by bus, and the second was with my family and we drove. And now I'm enrolled at DePaul, so I get to LIVE there! There are so many things to experience in Chicago - I recommend the deep-dish pizza, walking by the lake, Millennium Park, and visiting the Threadless store and Oz Park in Lincoln Park.

Lessons & tips: Don't stay at the Avenue Hotel! Horrible guest service...
