How I did it: I've decided to update this goal from the original. Recently started brewing again and have started really getting invested. I have an amber ale on tap called the "Amberlance" which is actually not too bad. Have another fermenting and am about to start another.

Lessons & tips: Do the research. Buy a lab coat so you look awesome doing it.
