How I did it: It was a kungfu week, I'm not sure I would've defined it as a retreat before doing it, but in retrospective, it really was. It was a new school, just me and this long term student from England, and we trained form 6 am till 5 pm and it was exhausting. I had just lost my mom and broken up with my ex and I had so many emotions.

I heard about retreats in Thailand like this, but I am from the Netherlands so I’d rather want something more nearby.
