How to bake a cake
How I did it: I got the recipe from a veg*n website over 12 months ago, but today i was bored and a little depressed and so it was a spur of the moment kind of thing. Luckily we had all the ingrediants ( just enough cocoa!) , except we had to go and get stuff for the icing once the cake had cooled.
This cake took only about 10 mins to whip up, i didnt even have to use a mixer, just a wooden spoon.
I left it in the oven for about 25 mins, not quite long enough though.
It ended up having almonds instead of walnuts just due to having almonds and not having walnuts. the almonds def added that little bit of extra flavour.
Lessons & tips: leave it in the oven a little bit longer than what i did.
