How to read the Harry Potter books in French
It made me 
"I slowly reread the first harry potter book in french."
How I did it: Slowly, with a dictionary.
But rather than looking up every word as I went along I'd read through and make a note of unknown words per page (on a post it). Then after a couple of pages I'd go through and look up the new words.
If I couldn't continue reading due to an unknown word / type of phrase I'd use that as a sign I needed to get the dictionary out.
